Announcement that Crabb, "a prominent viticulturist," died on March 3, 1899, at age 70 (incorrect day and age) leaving two daughters. "He owned the Tokalon vineyard and cellar, and was awarded several prizes for his wines at the Chicago World's Fair. He was also a breeder of fine horses."
