Synopsis of meeting of the trustees of the College of Practical Viticulture, including Crabb, Arpad Haraszthy, Charles A. Wetmore, John Swett, and Winfield Scott. The men decided to cooperate with the State Board of Trade in establishing the college and discussed the publication of a scientific viticultural journal.
